Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gainsville account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package with Care
Carefully disassemble and pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
